How is it made?

Our organic olive mill is located just a few meters from the Arbequina olive trees. Our oil is produced within just a few hours of the olives being harvested, making its way from the tree to the table very quickly so that none of its properties are lost. The oil is extracted using cold-pressing methods and solely through mechanical processes. In addition to all this, our olives are organic and have been grown with the utmost respect for the environment.

Experts say:

A mild, light, and delicate variety with very little bitterness or heat and no trace of astringency. It has a fresh apple aroma accompanied by a distinctive smoothness and sweetness, leaving a green almond aftertaste.
