Be part of our history by sponsoring an olive tree and learning to look after it so it will grow strong and healthy. At all times we’ll keep you informed of its condition, how it grows and how we are pampering it! We’ll send you updated photos so you won’t miss a thing!
Sponsorship of an olive tree will last one year, and the tree will be marked with a sign with your name, signature and date of sponsorship. This solidarity action also includes a guided tour of the Mill and a bottle of personalized oil.
When you sponsor an olive tree, you can benefit from discounts on the purchase of our products, accommodation and activities we organize, and you will be given preferential treatment when you visit Finca Luz de Alba.

10% of the funds raised will be donated to finance the Argamasilla de Alba Food Bank.

Organic extra virgin olive oil is the protagonist.
You will learn to cook different dishes, being part of the elaboration process, where the main ingredient is the extra virgin olive oil produced on our Estate.
If you stay in one of our suites or visit Finca Luz de Alba, you’ll be able to enjoy magnificent Mediterranean breakfasts, snacks (tapas) in the shade of our olive trees, oil pairing and tasting traditional Castilla-La Mancha dishes.
You’ll also be able to attend themed gastronomic and cooking courses frequently organized at Finca Luz de Alba, hosted by famous chefs who will share their knowledge with you. One of our expert guides will accompany you on a walk through our Estate, on foot, by bike or buggy or even in a traditional mule-drawn wooden cart! Learn about the olive tree world while you have fun…!
Breathe fresh air and enjoy the special olive tree aroma while our expert explains the characteristics and properties of each of the varieties available at Finca Luz de Alba, as well as the soil properties, the irrigation system, how pruning is done, what ECO farming is, differences between traditional and modern growing methods, the olive tree’s life cycle and many more curiosities and details of the fascinating world of the olive tree.
We’ll show you our mill and our Garden of Varieties, where you can see dozens of national and foreign olive tree varieties. We end the visit with a delicious surprise: a tasting of our oils and an aperitif 100% from La Mancha to recover your strength.

¿Cuál es el proceso de elaboración del aceite de oliva? Descúbrelo con tus propios ojos, conviértete por un momento en “maestro almazara”, participa en la recolección de aceituna y posterior elaboración del aceite. Aprende los secretos para obtener un buen aceite de oliva virgen extra ecológico y su óptima conservación.

Comienza descubriendo el cultivo ecológico de los olivos, como se recolecta la aceituna que más tarde se convertirá en aceite, la forma de transportarlo hasta la almazara, todo el proceso de transformación de la aceituna hasta obtener el preciado zumo de aceituna y finalmente su conservación y envasado.
Empieza la visita con un audiovisual ilustrativo de nuestra finca y finaliza degustando nuestros aceites.
Un viaje único para adentrarte en el corazón del proceso de elaboración del aceite de oliva virgen extra ecológico. Vive la magia de la evolución de los olivos y sus aceitunas y de cómo se convierten en el oro líquido más preciado.
Se recomienda visitar nuestra Almazara entre los meses de noviembre y enero, ya que éste es el periodo de recolección y cuando podrás disfrutar en plenitud de nuestra Finca y participar en el proceso de recolección y elaboración de nuestros aceites. ¡Será una experiencia inolvidable para ti y también para nosotros!
