Know our mill

We produce 100% organic oil, which we pamper and treat with the greatest care and respect to obtain organic extra virgin olive oil: the highest quality olive oil.

We take care of all the details, from the planting and growing of the olive trees, the production and conservation of the oil at the mill, and its distribution and consumption. We combine state-of-the-art technology and facilities with more traditional methods for “pampering” our olives and obtaining the best oil.

Todo, nos gustó todo… Un apartamento totalmente confortable, cuidando cada detalle de una forma exquisita. Es original, moderno, luminoso, sostenible, respetando el entorno de una forma natural pero sin que falte absolutamente nada. Para un descanso en toda regla. La ubicación en plena naturaleza, rodeados de olivos y pinos un lujo. Y lo que mas nos gustó fué el trato tan familiar, tan cercano y tan exquisito de José, ha estado pendiente en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera lo mas agradable posible. Muchas gracias!!

“Lugar idílico.”

Aunque solo pasamos una noche la estancia fue excepcional. Al llegar el Sr. José había encendido la chimenea y caldeado la casa. Todo muy bonito y muy nuevo. Lo recomiendo.
